How far ahead should we book conference shuttles?
As early as you have dates. Large programs and citywide convention weeks fill up, so a rough draft with dates, headcount, hotels and venues is enough to start a proposal.
Can you handle more than 100 attendees?
Yes. We run our own fleet plus a network of 50+ vetted affiliate operators, so a program can scale from a few Sprinters to multiple motorcoaches.
What do you need to send a proposal?
Dates, expected headcount, hotels, venues and airports. Forwarding the event agenda works too. You get one plan with vehicles, timing and an all-in price.
