Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when ELT dispatch confirms the vehicle, time and rate in writing by email or text. Rates are based on vehicle type, distance and time of travel.
Rates
Confirmed rates include tolls, fuel and taxes. Gratuity is optional unless agreed in advance for group or event programs. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum. Additional stops, wait time beyond the reservation or changes to the itinerary may change the final rate.
Cancellation & refund policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time, however please note the following.
Vehicles larger than an SUV: cancellations made 7 days or more before your reservation will be granted a full refund, with the exception of reservations on holidays or during the week of a holiday. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of your reservation; however, credit may be granted at the company's discretion.
SUVs or smaller vehicles: cancellations made 48 hours or more before your reservation will be granted a full refund, with the exception of reservations on holidays or during the week of a holiday. There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation; however, credit may be granted at the company's discretion.
Conduct and safety
Smoking, illegal substances and underage drinking are not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. The chauffeur may end a trip if passenger behavior is unsafe.
Text messaging terms
