When you request a quote, book a trip or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, company, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, passenger counts, flight details and notes. Our website may also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.

Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, ELT Executive Limousine & Transportation will send text messages about your trips, such as confirmations, chauffeur details and arrival updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share trip details only as needed to provide your service, for example with the chauffeur or affiliate operator assigned to your trip, our reservation and dispatch software, and payment processors. We may disclose information when required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
