- The couple: a stretch limousine or Escalade for the grand exit, with time for photos.
- The wedding party: an executive Sprinter for up to 13, so everyone arrives together.
- Guest shuttles: mini coaches or a motorcoach between hotels, ceremony and reception, so no one drives after the toast.
Working with your planner
We share the timeline with your planner or coordinator, confirm addresses and loading spots in advance, and keep one dispatcher on your event all day. ELT works hand in hand with Atlanta event planners, including Tori Williams Events.
Questions riders ask
How far ahead should we book wedding transportation?
Spring and fall Saturdays book up early. Reserve as soon as you have your date and venues, and we will lock in the vehicles.
Can you shuttle guests from several hotels?
Yes. We build a shuttle schedule from each hotel to the ceremony and reception and back again.
Do you decorate the car?
Let us know what you have in mind in the notes, and dispatch will confirm what is possible for your vehicle.
